EGR Valve, Cooler & Exhaust Manifold Repair
The EGR system routes a portion of exhaust gas back into the intake to lower combustion temperatures and reduce emissions. It is also one of the most common sources of diesel driveability complaints. Carbon builds up inside the valve and passages, coolers develop internal cracks and start leaking coolant into the exhaust, and manifolds crack or blow gaskets under heat cycling. We test EGR valve movement and flow, pressure-test coolers for internal leaks, inspect manifolds for cracks, and clean or replace whichever component is out of spec.
