Auto Tech Specialists is proudly owned and operated by Derek, who continues the legacy built by founder Joel.
Joel started the business from his home, working nights and weekends to provide careful, reliable automotive repair. Through dedication and smart reinvestment, he grew the operation into a full-service shop, officially opening Auto Tech Specialists in March 2004.
As demand increased, Joel and his wife expanded the business, building and relocating to their current facility in May 2007. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality helped establish a strong reputation in the community.
In 2026, Derek took over ownership, ensuring a seamless transition for customers. While leadership has changed, the team, values, and commitment to honest, high-quality service remain exactly the same.
Today, Auto Tech Specialists is a leading automotive repair center with a team of four full-time technicians and a full-time shop manager. Certified by ASE, AAA, NAPA Auto Center, and ACDelco, we promise integrity, superior craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every vehicle receives top-notch care.
